Master the unified inbox to manage all your conversations in one place.

What is UniBox?

UniBox is your unified inbox for managing all DM conversations across all your connected accounts - from one screen.

Without UniBox: You'd need to log into each account separately to check and respond to messages.

With UniBox: See every conversation from every account in a single, organized interface.

This saves hours of time and ensures no lead falls through the cracks.

Navigating UniBox

1. Click "UniBox" in the main navigation of your dashboard

2. On the left, you'll see your conversation list sorted by most recent

3. Click any conversation to view the full message thread

4. Use the account filter to view messages from specific accounts

5. Use the status filter to see unread, starred, or archived conversations

Conversation Statuses

Organize your conversations with these status labels:

Unread - New messages you haven't viewed yet (bold in list)

Read - Messages you've opened but not replied to

Replied - Conversations where you've sent a response

Starred - Important conversations you've flagged

Archived - Old conversations you want to hide from main view

Filtering & Search

Quickly find specific conversations using filters:

By Account: Click the account dropdown to show messages from one account

By Status: Filter by unread, starred, or all messages

By Search: Use the search bar to find conversations by name or content

By Date: Sort conversations by most recent or oldest first

Responding to Messages

Reply directly from UniBox without leaving your dashboard:

1. Click on a conversation to open it

2. Type your response in the message box at the bottom

3. Click "Send" or press Enter to deliver your message

4. The message sends through the connected Instagram/X account

Note: Replies are sent immediately through the Chrome extension.

Quick Actions

Save time with keyboard shortcuts and quick actions:

Star/Unstar: Click the star icon or press 'S'

Archive: Click archive icon or press 'E'

Mark as Unread: Right-click → Mark as Unread

Copy Message: Right-click on any message to copy text

Open in Instagram/X: Click the external link icon to view on platform

Managing High Volume

When you're getting lots of replies, stay organized:

- Use stars to mark hot leads that need immediate follow-up

- Archive conversations that are closed/not interested

- Check UniBox 2-3 times per day at set times

- Use templates for common responses

- Prioritize recent messages over older ones

UniBox Best Practices

1. Respond within 1-2 hours during business hours - fast replies convert better

2. Star hot leads immediately when you spot buying signals

3. Archive ruthlessly - keep your inbox clean and focused

4. Check at set times - don't let UniBox become a distraction

5. Use the mobile view for quick responses on the go
