Quick answers to common questions

Go to your dashboard, navigate to the Extension tab, and click 'Install Extension'. You'll be redirected to the Chrome Web Store where you can add it to your browser.

Make sure your Chrome browser is open with the extension active, you're logged into Instagram, and your campaign is set to 'Active'. Also check that you haven't hit your daily sending limits.

Follow our recommended warm-up protocol, don't exceed 100-200 DMs per account per day, use personalized messages, and maintain natural activity patterns. Check our docs for the full guide.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you haven't sent more than 100 DMs. Contact support with your account email to request a refund.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription'. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
