Configure your dashboard and extension settings.

Accessing Settings
Find your settings in two places:
Dashboard Settings: Click your profile icon → Settings in the web dashboard
Extension Settings: Click the ColdDMs Pro extension icon → Settings gear icon
Some settings sync between both, others are location-specific.
Account Settings
Manage your ColdDMs Pro account:
Profile Information - Update your name, email, and profile picture
Password - Change your account password
Email Preferences - Control notification emails you receive
Billing - View subscription status, update payment method, download invoices
API Keys - Generate and manage API keys for integrations
Connected Accounts
Manage your Instagram/X accounts:
Add Account - Connect new Instagram or X accounts
Remove Account - Disconnect accounts you no longer use
Rename Account - Add labels for easy identification
Account Status - View connection status and health metrics
Reauthorize - Fix connection issues by re-logging in
Campaign Defaults
Set default values for new campaigns:
Default Delay: Set your preferred delay between messages
Default Schedule: Set typical sending hours
Default Follow-ups: Enable/disable follow-ups by default
Message Templates: Save frequently used message templates
These save time when creating new campaigns.
Extension Settings
Configure the Chrome extension behavior:
Auto-start: Automatically run campaigns when Chrome opens
Background Mode: Keep campaigns running when browser is minimized
Sound Notifications: Play a sound when you get new replies
Badge Counter: Show unread message count on extension icon
Error Alerts: Get notified when a campaign encounters an error

Two-Factor Authentication - Enable for extra account security
Active Sessions - View and log out of other sessions
Login History - See recent login activity
Data Export - Download all your account data
Delete Account - Permanently delete your account and data
Display & Appearance
Customize how your dashboard looks:
Theme - Choose between light, dark, or system default
Language - Select your preferred language
Timezone - Set your timezone for accurate scheduling
Date Format - Choose your preferred date format
Compact Mode - Reduce spacing for more information on screen
