Analytics Overview

The analytics dashboard gives you visibility into every aspect of your outreach performance. Understanding these metrics helps you make data-driven decisions.

Key questions analytics answers:

  • How many DMs am I sending?
  • What's my response rate?
  • Which campaigns perform best?
  • When is the best time to send?
  • How is my outreach trending over time?
  • Key Metrics Explained

DMs Sent - Total messages sent in the selected time period

DMs Delivered - Messages successfully delivered (not all sent messages are delivered)

Replies Received - Total responses from recipients

    Response Rate - (Replies ÷ DMs Delivered) × 100

Positive Replies - Responses indicating interest (manual tagging)

Conversion Rate - (Positive Replies ÷ Total Replies) × 100

Active Campaigns - Number of currently running campaigns

    Dashboard Widgets

Your analytics dashboard includes these widgets:

Overview Cards - At-a-glance stats for key metrics

Trend Chart - DMs sent and replies over time

Campaign Breakdown - Performance by individual campaign

Account Performance - Metrics for each connected account

Best Times Heatmap - When you get the most replies

    Understanding Response Rates

What's a good response rate? Here are benchmarks:

Below 5% - Message or targeting needs work

5-10% - Average performance, room to improve

    10-15% - Good performance, you're on track

15-25% - Great performance, keep doing what works

    25%+ - Exceptional, you've nailed your messaging

Response rates vary by industry and offer - track your own trends over time.

    Time Period Analysis

Compare performance across different time periods:

Today - See real-time campaign activity

Last 7 Days - Track weekly trends and patterns

Last 30 Days - Monthly performance overview

Custom Range - Compare specific periods

Pro tip: Compare this week vs. last week to spot improvements or problems quickly.

    Campaign-Level Analytics

Drill down into individual campaign performance:

    1. Go to Campaigns → Select a campaign → View Analytics

    2. See detailed stats for that specific campaign

    3. Compare against other campaigns in the same period

    4. Identify your best and worst performing campaigns

    5. Use insights to improve underperforming campaigns

    Optimizing Based on Data

    Use analytics to continuously improve:

    1. Identify winners: Which campaigns have highest response rates?

    2. Analyze timing: When do you get the most replies?

    3. Compare messaging: What do successful campaigns have in common?

    4. Adjust underperformers: Pause, tweak, or kill low-performing campaigns

    5. Scale what works: Increase volume on proven campaigns

    Common Analytics Mistakes

    Avoid these data interpretation errors:

    - Judging a campaign with less than 100 sends

    - Ignoring account-level variations

    - Not accounting for message content differences

    - Focusing only on volume, not quality metrics

    - Making changes too frequently to measure impact
